Enfield School's mission is to provide the best education for each child. The school has high expectations for student and staff achievement. We believe that all children are capable of learning and are entitled to a quality education. A strong academic program and a stimulating instructional environment are provided. This allows all students the opportunity to maximize their individual academic, emotional, physical, and social development. Principal, staff, students, parents and community will continue to work toward the implementation of this mission. The school was built in 1957 and additions were built in 1969 and 1991. The 1991 addition added six classrooms, a double-station gymnasium and storage space. There are currently 270 students and typically two classrooms at each grade level, pre-K through 5. Enfield Elementary School is situated on a twelve acre rural site with playing fields, a fitness trail, a pre-K playground, a larger play structure, and a sledding hill. There are various gardens around the school including an apple orchard, a vineyard, a pumpkin patch, and other classroom project gardens. Enfield Schoolwide Behavioral Plan:
