The Bottom Line

The Bottom Line is the weekly online newsletter of the Lehman Alternative Community School community. It boasts readership among faculty, administrators, students, and parents. It covers all manner of school-related news and events. And it is lovingly managed by LACS parents. It is highly recommended that all parents/caregivers join.

Family Groups

Every student at LACS is part of a family group. Family groups function as a combination of homeroom, support group, and guidance. Family group leaders will have biannual conferences with students and their families and serve as a laison between parents and the school.

Our Guidance Staff

Our guidance office is located at the heart of our school. The Parent/Caregiver Group

Our parent/caregiver group is like our PTA.  The meet monthly and also serve as an information resource for families.  Every fall, they put out a Guide to LACS Families that answers many questions about the school for new and returning families alike.
