Water Scavenger Beetle by Maddie

The water scavenger beetle cannot breathe under water. It goes to the surface of the water and gets oxygen. The water scavenger beetle has antennae that are smaller than its mouth parts. It lays its eggs one at a time. They are laid either on a plant or they stick to the mother’s belly.
