In the Fall, 2003, Ms. Wadach's class discovered many different kinds of trees. Each student chose a particular tree and made leaf and bark rubbings. They also learned their trees' names, made a chart and a bargraph to show how many there were of each kind of tree.
In the Spring, 2006, Ms. Wadach's class discovered a fossil pit near the big structure on the Cayuga Heights playground. Each student dug up a fossil and tried to identify it. Then, they took a photo of that fossil. Hope you enjoy the pictures of what the students found.
