Sales:
The pre-order price of this year's Annual is $57, with additional fees for name-stamping and accessories. Herff-Jones allows you to order a yearbook by mail, by phone, or online. You can pay by check or by credit card. Information about ordering a yearbook is mailed home in October. A copy of the yearbook order form can also be found here (Enter Order #8812). The only time that you can be guaranteed a book is if you pre-order one. The deadline for pre-orders is January 21, 2013.
After the deadline has passed you cannot, unfortunately, order a yearbook. We do, however, order some extra yearbooks to sell in June. In June, listen for announcements and buy a book as soon as they go on sale. Extra books are sold to seniors first, and then to everyone else on a first-come, first-served basis, until we sell out. In June, books cost $68 and checks should be made payable to "IHS Annual."
Portraits & Ads:
Lifetouch ID photos are used for all portraits of underclassmen. Underclassmen cannot submit a different portrait for inclusion in the yearbook.
Seniors who wish to have their portrait included in The Annual can use their Lifetouch ID photo or a different picture. If Lifetouch takes your portrait at school, it is automatically submitted to The Annual. If you choose to have your portrait taken by another studio (or at home), it is your responsibility to submit your photo by mail, or by leaving it in the "Senior Photos" box in the Main Office. Please follow the guidelines here so that your portrait can be included in the yearbook. If we do not receive a different photo by the 10/26 deadline, your ID photo will be used. We reserve the right to reject photos deemed inappropriate or of poor photographic quality.
Information regarding Senior Ads is mailed home in October and can also be found below. All advertising information and payment is due by December 21, 2012. Ad space is reserved for seniors only.
